We know before we see you, it will be awhile, but when the sun shines, we feel your smile. We hear your voice in the wind and know one day we will see you again. We feel your presence when our steps become slow, telling us to pick up our feet go. We feel you wipe away our tears, and tell us to forget our fears. Now, no one can cause you pain.

Now, you can walk safely in the rain. We remember the times we had, and our hearts become sad. But, we know you smile upon us everyday and dwell where the angels play. We know each time a child sings, that it's the sound of you spreading your wings. For God took you in His arms, to keep you safe from all harm.
