I was starting to panic with all of these sleep regression posts. Baby girl will be 13 weeks this week and she’s still giving us 7 hour stretches at night. So to prepare myself, I purchased the “taking Cara babies, 3-4 month guide”. It’s ~$40. Made me take a big breath realizing that what may come is all part of my babies development and how her sleep patterns change (and how to help her fall back asleep on her own). Anyway it’s the best $40 I’ve spent as it saved me from panicking to realizing I just need to have patience and help my baby girl through it. I hope it works but even if it doesn’t or takes awhile, it’s so nice to have practical tips and help. I hope this helps someone else too!

@nikiijackson,
eventually would love to help her connect to the next cycle in her bassinet/packnplay without having to contact nap. That’s kind of what the guide helps you navigate. And apparently babies get better at night sleep first and then daytime sleep. So that was also helpful to learn!

babies first year, at least, with sleep will be very up and down. you just have to ride those waves. sometimes its a few days, sometimes it a few weeks. i found with my first as long as you stick to your sleep routine and wait it out, theyll shift back to 'better' sleep eventually but VERY NORMAL. even as adults our sleep is not identical every night, and even more so when we are going through big changes, stress, etc
