I’m getting desperate for help through this regression, his first stretch is 2-3 hours then we are up every 1-2 hours after that. He’s 20 weeks old today. Anyone buy the 3-4 month taking Cara babies course and find it worth it? Thank you!

I haven't but read on their insta page that since your lo is 20 weeks you can start with the 5 month course vs the 3 - 4 one. same yourself the $!

I have it and been doing it since LO was 3 months. He is now 4.5 months. It doesn’t work for us haha. We still attempt every single time he wakes up.

Yes I love her stuff but at this point just do the sleep training at 5 months. I always start her stuff basically at birth so mine always do well

A woman in my in person mom group was the only one of us who had purchased it and she didn't find the approach gentle enough for her, or find the modifications for a gentle approach helpful, and then had some negative things to say about her customer service experience when she reached out for extra help after purchasing a course. This is total hear say but figured I should pass it along as a little warning

The 3-4 month course is a waste of money. Either do the newborn course from the start (which you missed the boat on this time) or the 5 month course
