All- I broke down and bought the class at 3 am today after 7 wake ups last night. My LO is 5 months next week snd I desperately need this to work. Exhausted! Anybody have any luck with the program? Give me hope!

The safest way for a baby to be put to sleep is on their back in a completely empty crib or bassinet.

I’ve taken all her classes and I love them, especially the sample schedules she provides. My guy doesn’t do well with the pop ins because he’s REALLY strongwilled, but he sleeps 7am-7pm in the crib now. He did have a really good foundation for independent sleep since he was a newborn because of her classes. Good luck!! It will be successful I’m sure!

my boy is 5 month in a week and currently going through the 4 month sleep regression... I bought the abcs of sleep, but it says to start at 5 months? Is her 3-4 month class different? Or can I start using the abcs program of sleep training?

I started mine on the 5 month class wns he’s just turning 5 months next week. I’d say skip the 3-4 month class
