Arrived at 9PM. Dining room open until 9:30 PM. Could have been in and out by 9:30. Friendly service at the cash register then order was forgotten/ignored. After 30 minutes, requested refund. Staff went to the back to find the manager. He came out and said "How was everything?" as if the worker had not informed him of the issue. No eye contact from any staff - all in "not seeing you" mode. Went to Waffle House next door for friendly service, predictably good food. Two stars instead of one because the cashier provided good service before adopting the store-wide "not seeing you" mode.
I always drive thru but the food is always fresh and tasty. Chicken fingers are my favorite. The drive through is so quick! The staff is always friendly. Would love to see more grilled chicken options.

Love this Zaxby’s! We prefer it over the other Zaxby’s in town. Yummy house salad!
Mediocre at best skimpy and you don't get any extra sauce. There's absolutely no customer service left in this world.
